Tammy Mazzocco’s Life and Contributions to the Real Estate Industry

Tammy Mazzocco is a licensed realtor who has been in business since 1995. Tammy sells residential real estates in county areas in Central Ohio, Delaware, Licking, Franklin and Fairfield. Her career kicked off when she was given the position of a secretary at a commercial real estate company known as The Edwards Realty Company. There, she worked alongside a group of 9 commercial agents who were headed by Mike Zelnik who is also a vibrant commercial realtor. For the next 7 years, Mazzocco worked as a condominium manager at the Scotland Yard Condominiums. It was during this time that she was registered as a real estate agent; this was after the recommendation of her manager, Ken Cook, who was the owner of Cook Realty. Ken was the man behind the rise to success of Tammy as he mentored her during the earlier periods of her life.

Thereafter, Mazzocco joined the T & R properties where she served as the multi-site property manager responsible for an office warehouse complex and a multi-site property manager. She would later become a registered personal assistant for Joe Armeni, a top RE/MAX producer in the Columbus, part of the Victorian Village. In 1999, Tammy made the decision to fully venture in the real estate business, having learned a lot from Joe Armeni. The following year, she joined the team at Judy Gang & Associates, which was located at Pickerington in Ohio. She was attracted by the profound influence of Judy Gang who up to now remains not only a friend but also a mentor and inspiration.

The Lure Lounge had an interview with Tammy in which she brought to the light some few aspects about her life. Her typical day begins with some light exercise and meditation amid snubbing of activities that make her unhappy. After that, she can now start opening emails as well as getting on the phone. She revealed that the only way she made her ideas to materialize was through intense research, brainstorming and having a proper business plan, which is broken down into achievable action steps. In an article on Bitsylink, she also expressed her fascination in doing business by interacting with live customers who had made contact through telephone. Her message for anyone looking to venture in this business was to completely eradicate fear, although she admitted that her biggest challenge was that she was a little shy. However, she learned to work around it and be able to get pre-qualifying information from clients. More info can be found on Spokeo.
